As a new customer when can I expect to receive my first Snackpack?
We will do our best to get you routed in the first Monday or Tuesday delivery, due to routing it may be the following week.
Do I have to sign a contract to get my Snackpack every week?
Absolutely not! You can decide whether or not to order your Snackpack week by week. However, for your convenience you can order several weeks at one time.
What if I forget that I ordered my Snackpack, how will know when it has been delivered to my office?
We will send an email to all of our customers telling them their Snackpack has been delivered unless your company handles that service in house.
How do I pay for my Snackpack?
We have a secure and easy to use payment system. You can use your Paypal account or a major credit card.
What is the best way to keep the fruit fresh at my office?
Leave the lid open. If you have bananas, remove them because thay emit ethylene gas, this is a natural ripening agent. Eat the softer more perishable fruits first such as Grapes and Cherries. Oranges, Grapefruit, Apples and Pears will make a perfect late week snack.
Should I wash my fruit before eating?
Wait until just before you eat your fruit to wash them. Fruits have natural coatings that keep moisture inside, and washing them will make them spoil sooner.
What if I get a piece of fruit that has gone bad?
Every piece of fruit in the Snackpack is visually inspected and handpacked. We do our very best to maintain the highest quality of 100% customer satisfaction. However, if you are not happy with the quality of a piece of fruit, please contact us at sheldon@fruitatmyoffice.com and we will work with you to make it right.
Where is Fruit @ My Office available at?
We deliver anywhere in the Omaha Metropolitan Area.
